Still using Zesitmates from Zillow to help understand the value of a home?  Please note this data below is straight from Zillow's website: https://www.zillow.com/zestimate/#acc Click the link and find the Data Coverage table on the middle of the page.  Scroll to Kansas City and you will see the Zestimate Accuracy actually only has 1 Star. 1 star's definition and I quote:  "Tax assessor's value, or unable to compute Zestimate accuracy".  If you are needing value to any home please contact me to get a professional opinion with real data.  Don't not rely on "1 star" info.  I would be more than happy to sit down to discuss any option with you.  Thanks for view from your Realtor for life working for you!
